Refund policy

This policy applies only to purchases made directly on houseofnessus.com. Products bought from other retailers are subject to that retailer's own return terms.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. To do so, email houseofnessus@gmail.com before the 14 days expire, stating clearly that you wish to withdraw and including your order number.

Sealed fragrances

Fragrances are personal products, sealed for hygiene and health reasons. For this reason, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened or used. This also applies to samples.
Returned items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging with the seal intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your expense.

How to return

Once you have notified us, send the item back within 14 days to:

Please include your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us: we recommend a tracked and insured service.

Refunds

We will refund the price of the returned items and the standard delivery costs you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first. Any extra cost for a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery is not refunded. Refunds are made to the original payment method, include applicable VAT and are free of charge for you.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been shipped, by emailing houseofnessus@gmail.com with your order number. You will receive a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues, pricing errors or suspected fraud; in that case you will also be fully refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return your item under the conditions above and place a new order. This does not affect the replacement of damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
